The Conference is being held at the head quarters of Unite the Union in Holbern, London:

The timings:

Registration from 8:30

Friday starts at 9:30 and finishes at 19:00

Saturday starts at 9:30 and finishes at 15:30

Refreshments:

A range of tea and coffee is available all day, there is also a selection of non-dairy milks available.

​

Food:

Friday's lunch is inspired by the food of Calgary, Canada and Saturday's lunch is inspired by the food of Jaipur, India. You will find the full menus here for Friday and here for Saturday!

All the crockery and cutlery we are using is environmentally friendly.

Friday Evening Networking Meal:

The networking event starts at 18:00 in the downstairs room at: The Square Pig, 30-32 Proctor Street; which is two minutes from the Unite building. The food being served is a buffet (not a sit-down dinner) which will be available from 19:00. The menu can be found here!

Photography:

We will be taking photos, shooting videos and making audio recordings during conference. These may be used on social media, on our website and for future promotional material. If you do not want your image to appear, please let conference staff know.

Smoking:

This building is a non-smoking building.

​

Breakout Rooms:

The breakout rooms on Friday are on the ground floor and you will be directed to them, the breakout rooms on Saturday are in an external building about a five minute walk away and you will be led there. Each breakout session is formed of three streams and each stream will contain two or three different presentations. You do not have to pre-select your stream before hand, but it is not really possible to swap streams mid-way through the breakout session.
